Our Story

Started in 1987 by the magnetic Mike and Jill Spencer, Platinum Global was erected out of the shortage of dependable and personable real estate agencies in Bloemfontein. With Mike's experience as a Sectional Title and Management Head, and Jill's exceptional managerial capabilities, this dynamic duo formed one of Bloemfontein's premier real estate agencies, until they stepped down in April 2022.

With such great skill and knowledge, Mike and Jill still serve as consultants to Platinum Global's new owners, with Mike also serving as an Associated Professional Valuer. Platinum Global's new owners have built up an already successful property portfolio in Bloemfontein, once known as Naschador Investments. In addition, Platinum Global's services are complimented by an associated business portfolio known as Captain Carpets and its expansive subsidiary services.

The new group executive, Ralph Kuhn, holds a Marketing Degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has specialised in leadership and company strategy, with vast managerial experience for Shoprite and the Massmart/Walmart Groups.

Ralph's capabilities are further supported by a team of department heads at Platinum Global, as welll as outstanding agents and support staff.
